David Culot

Multi-entrepreneur, investor, and software architect, I bring 25 years of experience in leading teams internationally, managing software design and production, and delivering digital projects through outsourcing. 

- Born and raised in Paris, France, I contributed to the San Francisco / Silicon Valley dot-com revolution from 1996 to 2007, then exported my expertise in building outsourcing teams to Kharkiv, Ukraine until the start of the unprovoked russoterrorist invasion in 2022.

Back in France since March 2022, I share my experience with my I.T. French colleagues and bring along my team for consulting services and delivery of digital projects. 

I "Ecole centrale des techniciens de l'electronic et Informatique" from Paris, I hold an MBA from San Francisco "International University of America I.U.A.", an Information Systems and Management certification from UC Berkeley, and completed a French-American business school in Paris (Weller). 

I am also proud to have been a member of the elite team of firefighters in Paris: 1992-1993
