Guitar Amplifier Dave III

An early 2025 unique creation.
- 2 stage pre-amplification ( Sovtek 6N2P ) imported from Ukraine.
- 6V6 soviet equivalent 6P6C
- Power: 4W.

Highs & Low pre-amplification 

For Dave III, I experimented with splitting the input signal in 2 on the 1st pre-amp stage to create a high and low channel. 
- The 6N2P's 2 triodes are wired in parallel at the grids. 
- Each triode still has its own load and cathode resistor.
- One channel is for low frequencies and is adjustable.
- The other channel feeds high frequencies.
- Both channels are then mixed to feed the next Pre-amp stage.

Body

I used a 1945 radio that I gutted completely and cut the holes I needed. I stripped the varnish to bare wood. I then ebonified the wood using a mix of vinegar and metal. The body was then varnished for durability.
